Marriott Vacations Worldwide Manager Sourcing CALA in Ciudad de Mexico, CP, Mexico

Specific Expected Contributions

  • Proactively manage and report on team workload distribution to ensure resources are flexed and optimized in order to meet variable sourcing needs across multiple business units, geographies and client groups. Serve as point-of-contact for problem resolution.

  • Be a Recruiting/ Sourcing region leader partnering closely with Recruiting and HR partners such as HRBP, Talent Acquisition, Marketing and Executive Recruiting to deliver a simplified go-to-market experience for business leaders and hiring managers

  • Partners closely with the CALA business leaders and key stakeholders such as HR Business Partners, Strategy, Operations, Sourcing and Finance; viewed as a trusted and valuable partner by the team and client groups.

  • Source candidates through online channels, networking, referrals, and job fairs. Build and maintain relationships with recruitment agencies, universities, and other talent sources.

  • Experienced in direct search methodologies (LinkedIn, ATS, CRM) and other recruitment tools to identify and engage with top talent.

  • Constant analysis of local brand equity and propose measures and ideas for continuous improvement of Company's positive image on the local market, increasing brand awareness and supporting Employer Branding activities.

  • Internal & external relations and campaign management , collateral creation of brochures and other company materials, competition analysis

  • Develop candidate pipeline strategies to fill open positions (i.e., talent marketing, LinkedIn sourcing, referrals, etc.)

  • Participation in planning and launching initiatives on the local market in alignment with global standards and strategy

  • Partner with corporate TA for weekly submissions of shared resources and platforms

Specific Candidate Profile

  • Fluency in English & Spanish required

  • Professional and Efficient Search Delivery: Know your audience and adjust delivery of service to their needs; simple, clear and valuable insights and updates with a regular cadence

  • Proven experience working with senior leaders and acting as a talent partner and constructive challenger, willing to ask questions and demonstrate intellectual curiosity to learn a new business and industry.

  • 6+ years recruiting / Sourcing experience with a strong track record of meeting and exceeding team and individual hiring targets while staying focused on exceptional candidate experience and client management.

  • Ability to analyze and leverage data to accurately forecast and help the team drive effective recruitment and sourcing strategies.

  • Strategic, Data Focused Mindset: Active listening to deeply understand the business's needs; develop and align on a strategy to address the need; use data to align on strategy.

  • Experience crafting solutions, with strong communication and collaborative partnership skills with internal and external partners to ensure the effective execution of business solutions across the enterprise through an actionable plan is required.

  • Implement social media recruitment strategies and campaigns to advertise the brand message across various social media platforms.
